Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at every touchpoint, following the brand's Selling Ceremony to maximise conversion and loyalty.
  • Represent the Jimmy Choo image through impeccable grooming, professional demeanour and adherence to dress code.
  • Develop and maintain expert product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients accurately.
  • Build, maintain and proactively grow a personal client database to drive repeat visits and long-term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through active selling, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising (VM) standards and maintain concession cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Manage stock operations: replenish merchandise according to procedures, support stock takes and maintain stock record accuracy.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate appropriately, proposing solutions to preserve the client relationship.
  • Support store management with back‑of‑house tasks and administrative duties as required and participate in training and store meetings.
  • Represent the brand at in-store and promotional events and contribute ideas to improve concession performance.
  • Comply with Retail Excellence procedures, host store policies, and all health, safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or high-end retail environment.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong clienteling skills and experience managing a personal customer database.
  • Sound knowledge of the luxury market, fashion trends and customer service standards.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, remain professional under pressure and demonstrate initiative.
  • Professional presentation and alignment with the Jimmy Choo luxury image.

Experience
