Jimmy Choo Madrid seeks a Part-time Sales Associate (30h/week) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at every touchpoint by applying the brand’s Selling Ceremony and luxury service standards.
- Project the Jimmy Choo image through impeccable grooming, professional conduct and polished client interactions.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients confidently.
- Build, grow and manage a personal client database to maximise repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly, investigating issues and recommending solutions to store management when required.
- Support stock replenishment, maintain accurate stock records and participate in periodic stock takes according to company procedures.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising (VM) standards and maintain overall store tidiness and presentation.
- Represent the brand at in-store and external promotional events and activities as required.
- Support back-of-house and administrative tasks for store management and demonstrate flexibility to perform ad-hoc duties that support outlet performance.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, ideally in footwear or ready-to-wear.
- Fluent English and fluent Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese language skills specified).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet individual and store KPIs.
- Strong clienteling skills with experience building and maintaining a customer database.
- Professional demeanour, self-motivation and a consistent focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Experience
Demonstrable track record of success in luxury retail sales, preferably within footwear or ready-to-wear; experience in achieving sales targets and managing high-value clientele is required.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury brand management is advantageous.
