Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Jimmy Choo's Selling Ceremony, consistently exceeding customer expectations
- Cultivate and maintain a personal client database to drive repeat business and foster customer loyalty
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge encompassing construction, materials, care instructions, and design aesthetics
