Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service following the company’s Selling Ceremony to exceed client expectations.
- Embody and communicate the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle through appearance, conduct and service standards.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients authoritatively.
- Build, grow and manage a personal client database to drive repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, liaising with store management to deliver satisfactory outcomes.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain accurate stock records in line with company procedures and stock control policies.
- Participate in regular stock takes and support inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and maintain boutique tidiness and cleanliness.
- Represent Jimmy Choo at promotional and brand events, supporting store initiatives.
- Strive to meet individual and store KPIs and sales targets; proactively contribute ideas to improve boutique performance.
- Comply with Retail Excellence procedures, company policies and health & safety/security protocols.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-of-house, administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or premium retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Demonstrable retail sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service expectations and fashion product categories.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands, remain professional under pressure and proactively anticipate client needs.

Proven track record of successful sales performance within a luxury or premium brand, with experience in clienteling, achieving sales targets and working in boutique retail operations.
Education
