Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through application of the Selling Ceremony, consistently exceeding client expectations
  • Cultivate comprehensive product knowledge encompassing construction, materials, care, and design heritage
  • Build, develop, and maintain a personal client database to drive repeat visits and foster customer loyalty
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints through investigation, solution development, and appropriate recommendations to management
  • Execute stock replenishment according to company procedures whilst maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Support stock takes and participate in merchandise presentation to ensure visual merchandising standards
  • Attend all store meetings and training events, fostering effective team communication
  • Represent Jimmy Choo during promotional events and external brand activities
  • Ensure boutique tidiness, merchandise presentation, and visual displays reflect brand standards at all times
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance boutique performance across all operational aspects
  • Monitor and actively work toward key performance indicators to increase boutique and individual target achievement
  • Implement required procedures, standards, and policies as outlined in Retail Excellence guidelines
  • Communicate potential health and safety concerns to Store Manager and comply with brand security procedures
  • Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in back-of-house and administrative operations as required
  • Demonstrate flexibility in performing ad-hoc duties necessary for successful boutique operations
