Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service grounded in thorough product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain a personal client database and execute proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Represent the brand at in-store and external promotional events, embodying the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle.
