Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service grounded in thorough product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain a personal client database and execute proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Represent the brand at in-store and external promotional events, embodying the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to safeguard client satisfaction.
- Support inventory management: replenish floor stock, assist with stock takes and ensure visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute commercial and operational suggestions to improve store performance and client experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
- Demonstrable understanding of the luxury customer and service expectations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to work collaboratively within a retail team.
- Flexibility to participate in events, retail promotions and occasional weekend or late shifts.
- Discretion, professionalism and a proactive attitude toward building long-term client relationships.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or boutique sales is preferred, with a demonstrable track record in clienteling, achieving sales targets and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications in retail, sales or hospitality are advantageous.
