Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, serving as a brand ambassador
- Execute key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing and cash handling
- Maintain and communicate advanced product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable client assistance adhering to sales standards, cash wrap protocols, and client book management
- Assist clients with product selection and facilitate the try-on process

- Ability to manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
