Jimmy Choo is hiring a Full‑Time Sales Associate in Las Vegas, USA — luxury retail role focused on clienteling, sales targets and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and virtually, delivering personalized client experiences and maintaining high service standards.
  • Develop and manage a client book; maintain regular follow-up by phone, email and thank‑you correspondence; facilitate shipping for out‑of‑town clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client acquisition and business development.
  • Perform key‑holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling and end‑of‑day procedures (bag checks, cash reconciliation).
  • Operate POS/register systems and CRM tools; maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping via UltiPro.
  • Support inventory control, shipping/receiving and Back of House tasks; participate in special projects and stock counts.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and product presentation are consistently maintained.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and understand category terminology for shoes and accessories.
  • Adhere to company policies, uniform and grooming standards, and operational procedures (breaks, lockers, time‑off requests).

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele; prior key‑holder or cash‑handling responsibility preferred.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to build lasting client relationships.
  • Professional presentation, strong work ethic and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure.

Experience

2–5 years of frontline luxury retail experience, including clienteling, cash handling and familiarity with boutique operations; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining high customer service standards.
