Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador through personalised client interactions in-store and virtually, delivering a high level of service and cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Perform key-holder duties including store opening and closing, cash handling and end-of-day financial procedures.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories and advise clients during selection and try-on.
  • Achieve and consistently strive to exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting, follow-up and upselling.
  • Manage client book activities and after-sales service communication (phone, email, thank-you notes, shipping out-of-town).
  • Operate point-of-sale and register systems accurately and adhere to cash wrap standards.
  • Support inventory processes, shipping/receiving and Back of House responsibilities as required.
  • Ensure visual standards and merchandising directives are maintained at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies and use internal systems for attendance and HR administration (Ulti-Pro / UltiPro Portal).

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector (1–2 years preferred).
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills with a focus on follow-up and relationship building.
  • Proven experience handling cash, operating point-of-sale systems and performing register reconciliation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • High professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.

Experience

Experience in retail sales is required; prior exposure to luxury, footwear or accessories retail is strongly preferred. Previous key-holder or supervisory responsibilities and demonstrated success against sales targets are advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.
