The Sales Associate delivers exceptional client service, develops product expertise and client loyalty, and supports sales, stock control, visual merchandising and boutique operations at Jimmy Choo in La Roca. This is a part-time, 30-hour-per-week, four-month position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations by following the Selling Ceremony.
- Represent Jimmy Choo’s glamorous luxury lifestyle through customer service, attitude, grooming, dress code and behaviour.
- Develop detailed product knowledge, including construction, materials, care and design, to provide knowledgeable customer service.
- Build, develop and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to store management.
- Replenish stock in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Maintain effective stock controls to ensure continued supply and accurate stock records.
- Support and participate in stock takes as required.
- Attend and participate in store meetings and training events, maintaining good communication.
- Participate in and represent Jimmy Choo at promotional events and activities.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique tidiness and cleanliness.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve all aspects of boutique performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and work to improve boutique performance and achieve individual and store targets.
- Implement and follow the procedures, standards and policies set out in Retail Excellence and communicated by the Company.
- Report potential health and safety issues to the Store Manager and comply with Jimmy Choo safety and security procedures.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-of-house and administrative operations as requested.
- Support store management with other reasonable ad hoc duties required for the successful running of the boutique.
