Jimmy Choo seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment, embodying the brand's glamorous lifestyle through expert product knowledge, client relationship management, and boutique operations. The successful candidate will execute the company's Selling Ceremony, build and maintain a personal client database, manage stock controls, and contribute to visual merchandising standards while driving boutique performance and individual sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Jimmy Choo's Selling Ceremony standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations
- Embody and project the glamorous luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer service excellence, professional grooming, dress code adherence, and exemplary behaviour
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge encompassing construction, materials, care instructions, and design heritage to deliver informed and consultative customer service
- Build and cultivate a personal client database, fostering repeat visits and strengthening customer loyalty through proactive relationship management
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively through thorough investigation, solution development, and appropriate recommendations to store management
- Execute stock replenishment according to company procedures, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring continued product availability
- Participate in stock takes as required, maintaining precise inventory controls to support boutique operations
- Attend and actively participate in all store meetings and training events, ensuring clear internal communication
- Represent Jimmy Choo at promotional events and activities, serving as a brand ambassador
- Ensure merchandise presentation adheres to visual merchandising standards, maintaining boutique cleanliness and aesthetic appeal at all times
- Contribute constructive ideas and suggestions to the team to drive improvements across boutique performance metrics
- Demonstrate awareness of and actively work toward key performance indicators to increase boutique performance and achieve individual and store sales targets
- Implement and adhere to all required procedures, standards, and policies as outlined in Retail Excellence guidelines
- Communicate any Health and Safety concerns to Store Management and comply with Jimmy Choo's security procedures
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in back-of-house and administrative operations as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by supporting store management with ad-hoc duties essential to successful boutique operations

Skills
Experience

The successful candidate will be located in La Roca, Catalonia, Spain, with easy access to Barcelona.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 22,000 to EUR 32,500 per annum.
