Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony, surpassing customer expectations at each interaction
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge including construction, materials, care, and design details
- Build and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and foster customer loyalty
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations
- Actively replenish stock and maintain accurate stock records according to company procedures
- Participate in stock takes and store meetings as required
- Represent Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure outlet cleanliness and merchandise presentation
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve outlet performance across all aspects
- Monitor and strive to achieve key performance indicators to increase outlet and individual sales targets
- Communicate health and safety concerns to store management and comply with security procedures
- Support store management with back-of-house and administrative operations as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting the store management in ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications
- Demonstrable success as a sales consultant in a luxury brand, preferably in footwear or ready-to-wear
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English
- Demonstrable sales skills and ability to close sales
- Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service, and fashion industry
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate client needs

Demonstrable success gained as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, particularly in shoes or ready-to-wear. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships in a luxury retail setting.
Education
No specific educational qualification is mandated; however, a foundational understanding of the fashion industry and luxury retail is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in La Roca, Catalonia, Spain, with easy access to Barcelona.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 22,000 to EUR 32,500 per annum.
