Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, bespoke customer service at all stages of the selling process by following the company’s Selling Ceremony and clienteling best practices.
  • Represent and embody the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle through professional grooming, demeanour and adherence to the brand dress code.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge — construction, materials, design and care — to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Build, maintain and proactively grow a personal client database to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly by investigating issues, proposing solutions and escalating to store management when required.
  • Support inventory management: replenish stock according to company procedures, maintain stock accuracy and participate in stock takes.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and maintain boutique tidiness and display integrity.
  • Contribute ideas to improve boutique performance, actively pursue key performance indicators and support promotional events and activations.
  • Assist store management with back-of-house administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties to support smooth boutique operations.
  • Comply with company Retail Excellence procedures and report any Health & Safety or security concerns to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or premium retail environment.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Demonstrable sales and clienteling skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury market, fashion trends and high-touch customer service expectations.
  • Professional demeanour, self-motivated, enthusiastic and prepared to exceed targets.

Experience
