Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service underpinned by comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Build, develop and maintain a personal client database and drive clienteling activities to maximise repeat business.
  • Proactively achieve sales targets and demonstrate the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle in all client interactions.
  • Manage visual merchandising standards, replenish stock and support inventory counts and stockroom organisation.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to preserve brand reputation.
  • Represent the brand during in-store promotional events and participate in store initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Contribute practical ideas and feedback to support store performance and merchandising strategies.

Experience
