Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate loyalty and long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and thorough product knowledge.
- Ensure the boutique reflects brand visual standards through merchandise presentation, floor sets and regular upkeep.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven clienteling and relationship-management abilities.
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and a track record of meeting sales KPIs or targets.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
