Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑calibre client service to a discerning luxury clientele and build durable client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, manage transactions and maintain cash handling best practices.
  • Maintain immaculate boutique presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with brand standards.
  • Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Develop product knowledge across seasonal collections and effectively communicate craftsmanship, materials and brand heritage to clients.
  • Collaborate with store team to support store operations, events and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
  • Proven customer‑facing retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands (1+ year recommended).
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a client‑centric mindset and polished presentation.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Preferably one or more years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.

Education
