Jimmy Choo — Frankfurt seeks a Part-time Sales Associate (24h) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service at all times by following the brand’s Selling Ceremony and clienteling standards.
- Develop and maintain an individual client database to maximise repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
- Maintain expert product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to advise customers confidently.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and KPI-focused activity.
- Ensure merchandise presentation adheres to VM standards and sustain boutique cleanliness and visual integrity.
- Support stock management including replenishment, stock control, participation in stock takes and stock-record accuracy.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly, investigating issues and proposing appropriate solutions or escalating to management.
- Participate in store meetings, training and promotional events; support back‑of‑house administrative tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or comparable premium retail environment.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client‑centric approach.
- Strong commercial awareness of the luxury market, product trends and customer expectations.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, multitask under pressure and remain professional at all times.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable track record of delivering sales and exceptional client service within a luxury retail environment; prior boutique experience preferred.
Education
No formal academic degree required; vocational retail training or certificates in sales/retail management are desirable.
