Capri Holdings is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate (32 hours) in Edinburgh. Join a global luxury fashion group focused on elevated client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience in line with brand standards to build long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across seasonal collections and advise clients on styling, fit and features.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handle transactions and maintain daily cash reconciliation and paperwork.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and stocked at all times.
  • Manage stockroom duties including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in in-store events, private appointments and after-hours client engagements as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or luxury sales experience (1+ year preferred) with demonstrable achievement against sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays; able to work a 32-hour weekly schedule.
  • Professional appearance and strong grooming standards appropriate to a luxury boutique.

Experience
