Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service in line with the brand’s Selling Ceremony to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Represent the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle through impeccable professional presentation, grooming and conduct.
  • Develop expert product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to inform and upsell clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain a personal client database to drive repeat business, client retention and long-term loyalty.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly, escalating to store management when appropriate and proposing practical solutions.
  • Execute visual merchandising (VM) standards and ensure store presentation, tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
  • Support stock replenishment and inventory control processes; participate in stock takes and maintain stock record accuracy.
  • Attend store meetings and training; represent the brand at in-store promotions and external events as required.
  • Support back-of-house and administrative tasks as requested by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous (Mandarin preferred).
  • Proven sales performance as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, ideally with experience in footwear or ready-to-wear.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering bespoke client service.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets and retail KPIs.
  • Professional demeanour, resilience under pressure and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve targets.

Experience

Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury fashion or footwear environment, with proven ability to generate sales, develop client relationships and meet individual and store targets.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
