Capri Holdings Limited seeks a part-time Sales Associate in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area to drive luxury client sales and deliver exceptional service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a high-value client portfolio through proactive prospecting, personalised outreach and follow-up.
  • Deliver elevated, personalised customer service consistent with luxury-brand standards, including in-store consultations and aftercare.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and manage transactions, returns and client records with discretion.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories and collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure boutique presentation.
  • Support stock management tasks including replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet individual sales targets; demonstrable clienteling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presentation.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience
