Jimmy Choo South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to drive luxury retail excellence and client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and serve as a brand ambassador in the community
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial management
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Jimmy Choo footwear and accessories collections
- Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients while maintaining sales standards, cash wrap standards, and client book management
- Assist clients with product selection and try-on processes
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships through consistent follow-up via phone calls, emails, thank you letters, and out-of-town merchandise shipping
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent productivity and proactive identification of opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives including attendance, uniform standards, and end-of-day procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising and display standards at all times
- Operate register systems proficiently and manage inventory tasks
- Assist with back-of-house operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving as needed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide luxury-level customer service
- Strong retail sales experience with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to manage key-holder duties and back-of-house operations
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury or fashion environment is preferred; experience with key-holder responsibilities and multi-channel customer engagement is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
