Jimmy Choo (Capri Holdings) seeks a Full-time Sales Associate at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA to deliver exceptional luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in-store and virtually, acting as an ambassador in the local community.
- Deliver prompt, attentive and knowledgeable client service across sales, after‑sales and clienteling activities (phone, email, thank-you correspondence, out-of-town shipping).
- Manage client book and proactively follow up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Fulfil key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling and end-of-day procedures (bag checks, cash reconciliation).
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and opportunity identification.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards at all times.
- Perform inventory, shipping/receiving and back-of-house tasks as required.
- Comply with company policies and use internal systems for timekeeping and administrative processes (UltiPro).
Qualifications
- Valid authorization to work in the United States.
- Professional grooming, punctuality and adherence to uniform standards.
- Proven ability to handle cash and perform register transactions accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused, service-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands; prior key-holder, cash-handling or clienteling experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or training is a plus.
