Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience before, during and after the sale to drive revenue and repeat business
  • Cultivate, maintain and grow a proprietary clientele through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Partner with store management to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across footwear and accessories and communicate brand heritage and product features to clients
  • Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards at all times
  • Undertake key‑holder duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and daily financial reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele
  • Proven sales performance and a demonstrable track record of meeting targets
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage a discerning luxury clientele
  • Comfortable with cash handling, POS transactions and basic store financial procedures
  • Self‑starter with strong organisation, multitasking ability and professional discretion

Experience

At least 2 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail with an established client book and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in fashion, retail management or a related field is an asset.
