Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at every interaction by applying the brand’s Selling Ceremony and luxury service standards.
  • Represent the Jimmy Choo image through impeccable grooming, professional conduct and a polished luxury lifestyle attitude.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Build, grow and manage a personal client database to drive repeat business and client loyalty through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly, proposing appropriate solutions and escalating to store management when necessary.
  • Support stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock records, participate in stock takes and ensure effective inventory controls.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising (VM) standards and maintain outlet cleanliness and presentation at all times.
  • Contribute ideas to improve store performance, actively pursue individual and store KPIs and support promotional events and brand activities.
  • Attend store meetings and trainings, adhere to Retail Excellence procedures, and report any Health & Safety issues to management.
  • Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-of-house and administrative duties and provide flexible support for ad-hoc store needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, preferably with footwear or ready-to-wear experience.
  • Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and polished client-facing manner.
  • Strong clienteling skills with experience building and maintaining CRM or client databases.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and work toward retail KPIs under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the luxury market, fashion trends and high-end customer service expectations.

Experience
