Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, acting as a brand ambassador within the community
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening, closing, cash handling, and financial oversight
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to all clients
- Uphold all service standards including sales execution, cash wrap protocols, client book management, inventory control, and post-sale customer service
- Assist clients in product selection and facilitate the try-on process
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships through consistent follow-up via phone calls, emails, thank-you correspondence, and out-of-town merchandise shipping
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently, pursuing proactive opportunities to reach financial goals
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the retail environment
- Demonstrate proficiency with point-of-sale register systems
- Assist with inventory management, special projects, back-of-house operations, and shipping/receiving tasks as needed
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives including attendance, uniform standards, and workplace organization
Qualifications

- Strong client service orientation with ability to deliver elevated retail experience

Experience

Education
