Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service through expert product knowledge and attentive client engagement.
- Build, maintain and grow a personal client database and execute proactive clienteling to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while demonstrating the luxury lifestyle and brand values in every interaction.
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, inventory counts and merchandising to maintain boutique standards.
- Represent Jimmy Choo at in-store events and promotional activities; contribute ideas to improve store performance and customer experience.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to safeguard brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for customer service with a client-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to build and manage client relationships and meet sales targets in a retail environment.
- Understanding of luxury retail standards and an appreciation for product craftsmanship and presentation.
- Team-player mentality with effective communication skills and the flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and events.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience within luxury or premium brands is preferred; candidates should ideally have a track record of building a client base and achieving sales targets (commonly 1–2 years in luxury retail or an equivalent customer-facing role).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or marketing is advantageous but not required.
