Jimmy Choo part-time Sales Associate position at Copley Square in Boston, MA. $17–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, serving as a brand ambassador within the community
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and financial accountability
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories and provide prompt, attentive, knowledgeable assistance to all clients
- Execute sales standards, cash wrap procedures, client book management, inventory management, and after-sales service
- Assist clients with product selection and the try-on process to facilitate purchasing decisions
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships through consistent follow-up including phone calls, emails, thank you correspondence, and out-of-town shipping
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while proactively identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store environment
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, attendance procedures, uniform and grooming standards, and end-of-day protocols
- Assist with inventory management, special projects, back-of-house coverage, and shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Operate register systems with proficiency and merchandise products according to brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail sales or customer service environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate brand positioning and product benefits
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to dynamic retail environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism in client interactions
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, high-end retail sales, or upscale client-facing environments preferred. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships in a professional retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
