Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience before, during and after the sale to drive revenue and client retention.
- Cultivate, maintain and expand a loyal client base through proactive outreach and expert clienteling.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and fluency in Jimmy Choo product terminology across shoes and accessories.
- Represent the brand in the community and act as an ambassador to foster new customer relationships.
- Uphold brand visual merchandising and store presentation standards at all times.
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and basic financial reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele.
