Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards aligned with the Selling Ceremony, consistently exceeding client expectations
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge including construction, materials, care instructions, and design narratives to enhance consultative selling
- Build and maintain a personal client database to cultivate repeat visits and foster long-term customer loyalty
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, developing solutions, and presenting recommendations to store management
- Actively manage stock replenishment according to company procedures whilst maintaining accurate inventory records
- Participate in stock takes and visual merchandising activities to ensure merchandise presentation reflects VM standards
- Attend and actively participate in store meetings, training events, and promotional activities
- Monitor and strive to achieve key performance indicators to increase concession performance and reach individual and store targets
- Ensure compliance with Jimmy Choo procedures, standards, policies, and all host store requirements
- Communicate potential health and safety concerns to store management and maintain adherence to security procedures

- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of the luxury market, customer service principles, and fashion industry standards
