Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service following the brand's Selling Ceremony to exceed customer expectations and drive sales.
- Prospect, build and maintain a bespoke client database to generate repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients and close sales.
- Ensure visual presentation meets brand VM standards and maintain boutique tidiness and luxury ambience at all times.
- Support stock management: replenish merchandise according to procedures, maintain stock control accuracy and participate in stocktakes.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly by investigating issues, proposing solutions and escalating to store management when appropriate.
- Contribute to in‑store events and promotional activities, and represent the brand during external retail initiatives.
- Support back‑of‑house administrative tasks and other ad‑hoc duties as requested by the Store Manager to ensure smooth boutique operations.
- Actively pursue individual KPIs and sales targets, offering ideas to improve boutique performance and customer care standards.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury or premium retail brand.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished client service demeanour.
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Solid knowledge of the luxury market, product appreciation and customer expectations.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and remain composed under pressure.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable track record as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, with hands‑on clienteling, KPI achievement and experience in boutique sales operations and stock management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, or a related discipline is advantageous.
