Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service at every touchpoint by applying the brand's Selling Ceremony and luxury service standards.
- Proactively build and maintain a personal client database to generate repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by identifying client needs, presenting solutions and closing sales.
- Maintain boutique presentation to visual merchandising standards and ensure tidiness, cleanliness and product rotation.
- Support inventory management: replenish stock, maintain accurate stock records and participate in stock takes per company procedures.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate to store management when appropriate.
- Participate in store meetings, training and promotional events; represent the brand at activations and client events.
