Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony and surpassing customer expectations at every touchpoint
- Demonstrate and embody the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through personal grooming, dress code, attitude, and behaviour
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge including construction, materials, care, and design to deliver knowledgeable customer service
- Build, develop, and maintain a personal client database to ensure repeat visits and foster customer loyalty
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to store management
- Execute stock replenishment procedures according to company policies and maintain accurate stock records
- Support stock takes and participate in visual merchandising to maintain VM standards and store tidiness
- Attend store meetings and training events to ensure effective team communication
- Represent Jimmy Choo during promotional events and brand activities
- Monitor and work toward key performance indicators to drive store performance and achieve individual and store targets
- Implement and follow all required company procedures, standards, and policies as outlined in Retail Excellence guidelines
- Communicate potential health and safety issues to the Store Manager and comply with security procedures
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-of-house and administrative operations as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility in undertaking ad-hoc duties as required for successful store operations
Qualifications
- Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, preferably in shoes or ready-to-wear
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English; Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury market, customer service standards, and fashion
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities effectively
- Proactive mindset with anticipation of client needs
- Consistent respect, politeness, and dedication to exceeding customer expectations
- Innovation and initiative in establishing customer care standards
