Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the Selling Ceremony, consistently exceeding client expectations
- Demonstrate and embody the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle image through personal presentation, demeanor, and behaviour
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge encompassing construction, materials, care, and design philosophy to provide authoritative guidance
- Build and maintain a personal client database to cultivate repeat visits and foster long-term customer loyalty
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively by investigating issues and recommending appropriate solutions to store management
- Participate in stock replenishment following company procedures and maintain accurate inventory records
- Execute merchandise presentation according to visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in and represent Jimmy Choo at promotional events and activities
- Attend all store meetings and training events to ensure effective communication and professional development
- Monitor and actively pursue key performance indicators to achieve individual and store targets
- Support store management in back-of-house administrative operations and ad-hoc duties as required
- Communicate health and safety concerns to store management and comply with Jimmy Choo security procedures
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales success within a luxury brand environment, preferably in high-end footwear or ready-to-wear
- Fluent in Dutch and English; Mandarin speaker preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of the luxury market, fashion industry, and luxury customer service standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and demands simultaneously
- Genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations and setting elevated customer care standards

Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, with particular experience in high-end footwear or ready-to-wear retail.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional fashion or luxury retail qualification advantageous.
