Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by following Jimmy Choo's Selling Ceremony and surpassing customer expectations
- Embody the glamorous luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through professional appearance, behavior, and customer interactions
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge covering construction, materials, care instructions, and design heritage
- Build and maintain an active client database to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty
- Address customer complaints efficiently by investigating concerns, proposing solutions, and communicating with store management
- Participate in stock replenishment activities in accordance with company procedures and policies
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock controls to ensure continuous product availability
- Support stock taking exercises as required
- Attend and actively participate in all store meetings, training sessions, and promotional events
- Ensure merchandise displays meet visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique cleanliness and organization
- Contribute ideas and feedback to drive improvements in boutique performance and sales
- Monitor and actively work toward key performance indicators to increase store performance and achieve sales targets
- Implement and uphold company procedures, standards, and policies as outlined in Retail Excellence guidelines
- Report any health and safety concerns to the Store Manager and comply with security procedures
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-office and administrative operations
- Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required to support efficient boutique operations
