Jimmy Choo Sales Assistant position in NY Metro Area. Seasonal PT retail role supporting sales operations and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and maintain organization of back-of-house areas
- Perform accurate stock checks for customers and in support of Sales Associates
- Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual merchandising tasks
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Associate
- Assist Sales Associates in resolving client problems and complaints
- Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury retail experience
- Prior experience using POS systems
- Availability Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Customer service-focused mindset
- Self-starter with ability to drive results
