Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at every touchpoint by following the brand's Selling Ceremony and clienteling standards.
- Represent and embody the Jimmy Choo luxury image through professional grooming, behaviour and presentation.
- Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge — materials, construction, care and design — to advise clients authoritatively.
- Build, grow and manage a personal client database to drive repeat business, loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to store management when appropriate and proposing effective solutions.
- Support inventory processes: replenish stock, maintain accurate stock records, participate in stock takes and follow stock-control procedures.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
- Contribute ideas to improve boutique performance and actively pursue individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Attend and engage in store meetings, training events and promotional activities; represent the brand at events as required.
- Support store management with back-of-house and administrative duties and undertake ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth boutique operations.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury fashion or accessories brand.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Additional languages advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.
- Demonstrable sales skills with a track record of achieving targets and developing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market, fashion trends and customer service expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in a team and remain professional under pressure.
- High standard of personal presentation and commitment to representing the brand image.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable retail sales experience within the luxury sector; proven track record as a sales consultant or advisor with measurable results in client development and sales performance. Prior boutique or branded-store experience preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or qualifications in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
