Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service exceeding expectations by following Jimmy Choo's Selling Ceremony
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge regarding construction, materials, care, and design
- Build, develop, and maintain a personal client database to ensure repeat visits and foster customer loyalty
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively through investigation, problem-solving, and recommendations to management
- Actively replenish stock according to company procedures and maintain accurate stock controls
- Participate in regular stock takes and inventory management as required
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique at all times
- Attend and actively participate in store meetings, training events, and promotional activities
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve boutique performance across all operational areas
- Monitor and actively work towards achieving key performance indicators and individual store targets
- Ensure compliance with Retail Excellence procedures, standards, and company policies
- Communicate health and safety concerns to Store Manager and adhere to security procedures
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-of-house and administrative operations as requested
- Demonstrate flexibility by undertaking ad-hoc duties as required for successful boutique operations
Qualifications
- Demonstrable sales experience as a consultant within a luxury brand
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service, and fashion industry
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities effectively
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
- Innovation and initiative in setting customer care standards
