Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming inventory shipments and organize stock in designated storage areas
- Coordinate outgoing shipments via UPS and ensure proper documentation and packaging
- Retrieve and transfer product between external stockrooms and retail floor as directed
- Assist sales associates in accessing inventory and processing product returns
- Maintain sales floor appearance by removing debris and verifying display positioning
- Manage customer queuing and line management during peak traffic periods
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and client checkout procedures
- Support sales team with real-time inventory availability and product location information
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry inventory regularly (up to 50 lbs)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
