Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service according to the company's Selling Ceremony to maximise conversion and basket value.
  • Build, develop and maintain a private client database to ensure repeat visits, client loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge (construction, materials, care, design) to advise clients confidently and authoritatively.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively managing KPIs and contributing to boutique commercial performance.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and maintain boutique tidiness and luxury image at all times.
  • Manage stock operations including replenishment, stock control and participation in stock takes following company procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating, proposing solutions and escalating to store management when appropriate.
  • Support store management with back-of-house and administrative tasks, attend store meetings and complete required training.
  • Represent the brand at in-store and external promotional events and contribute ideas to improve boutique performance.
  • Comply with Retail Excellence procedures, Health & Safety and all Jimmy Choo policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or equivalent high-end retail environment.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service expectations and fashion trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain professional under pressure and proactively pre-empt client needs.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and the capacity to represent the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle image.

Experience

Proven experience working as a sales consultant in a luxury retail boutique, with demonstrated sales results, client development skills and familiarity with store operations and VM standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail management or related discipline preferred but not required.
