Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience before, during and after the sale to drive results and repeat business.
- Cultivate, maintain and expand a personal clientele through proactive clienteling and community engagement.
- Partner with store leadership to meet and exceed sales targets and execute local sales strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories and use brand terminology when advising clients.
- Represent the brand in the community as an ambassador and proactively source new client opportunities.
- Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards at all times.
- Perform key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling and other financial accountabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail with an established clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and operate as a self-starter.
- Strong client-facing skills with a service-first mentality and proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Comfortable with key-holder responsibilities including accurate cash handling and store financial procedures.
- Curious, motivated and entrepreneurial with a professional sales orientation.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of luxury retail experience, preferably with an existing private clientele and a track record of meeting sales targets.
