Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at all times by following the brand's Selling Ceremony.
  • Represent the Jimmy Choo lifestyle through impeccable grooming, professional conduct and adherence to dress code.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Build, maintain and proactively utilise a client database to drive repeat visits, loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and continuously strive to exceed individual and store KPIs and sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and maintain overall concession tidiness.
  • Support stock management activities including replenishment, stock accuracy control, regular stock takes and back-of-house operations.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate to store management when appropriate.
  • Participate in store meetings, training sessions and promotional events, representing the brand at customer-facing activities.
  • Comply with Retail Excellence procedures, Host store policies and health & safety and support administrative tasks as requested.

Qualifications

  • Proven success working as a sales consultant within a luxury fashion or premium accessories brand.
  • Demonstrable sales results and strong clienteling capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury lifestyle image.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain composed under pressure and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to support ad-hoc store requirements and participate in out-of-hours events or stock takes.

Experience

Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, with practical experience in client development, meeting sales targets and participating in day-to-day store operations including stock control and merchandising.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail sales qualification in fashion, luxury goods or hospitality is advantageous.
