  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; self‑starter with an entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong clienteling and customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cash handling and basic store financial procedures.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to use retail systems and mobile customer engagement tools.
