Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service on the sales floor and actively convert footfall into sales.
  • Execute regular sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash, refunds, exchanges and adjustments according to policy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, fashion trends and store inventory to advise customers effectively.
  • Support visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure the store reflects brand presentation objectives.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and the flow of product from stockroom to sales floor; participate in ticketing and goods received checks as required.
  • Apply company loss-prevention and safety procedures; escalate and brief management on any security or shrinkage incidents.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail environment; previous experience in luxury or premium fashion is preferred.
  • Strong cash handling and transaction accuracy; familiarity with POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and close sales.
  • Awareness of visual merchandising principles and basic housekeeping standards.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
