Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently by following the brand's Selling Ceremony and luxury service standards.
- Represent the Jimmy Choo lifestyle through impeccable grooming, professional demeanour and adherence to store dress code.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients confidently.
- Build and manage a personal client database to drive repeat business, client loyalty and appointment bookings.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly, escalating to management where appropriate and proposing solutions.
- Support stock management: replenishment, inventory accuracy, participation in stock takes and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation meet VM standards; maintain boutique tidiness and display integrity.
- Participate in store meetings, trainings and promotional events; represent the brand at assigned external and in-store activities.
- Support back-of-house and administrative tasks as requested and assist management with ad-hoc operational duties.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or high-end retail environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets.
- Solid knowledge of the luxury market, customer service best practices and current fashion trends.
- Ability to prioritise multiple demands, proactively anticipate client needs and work collaboratively in a team.

Experience
Demonstrable experience as a sales consultant or advisor within a luxury or premium fashion brand, with proven sales results and experience in client development, visual merchandising and boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related qualification preferred.
