Jimmy Choo seeks a full‑time Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV (North Outlet) — client‑facing retail role focused on sales, key‑holder duties and luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in‑store and virtual client service, acting as a brand ambassador and cultivating long‑term client relationships through follow‑up (phone, email, thank‑you notes) and client book management.
- Meet and consistently strive to exceed monthly sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and appointments.
- Perform key‑holder duties including store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, end‑of‑day reconciliation and bag checks.
- Operate point‑of‑sale/register systems and process transactions, shipping and receiving, and other back‑of‑house inventory tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, participate in stock counts and assist with merchandising and visual standards to brand guidelines.
- Support customer lifecycle needs including after‑sales service, alterations/shipping of merchandise out‑of‑town and handling client requests.
- Adhere to company policies and systems (UltiPro time reporting, uniform and grooming standards, break and time‑off procedures) and complete assigned special projects as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays and peak shopping periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer‑focused demeanour.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience and key‑holder/cash‑handling experience preferred.
