Jimmy Choo (Capri Holdings) seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Hamburg — expert in luxury clienteling and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service in line with the brand’s Selling Ceremony, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Represent the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle through impeccable grooming, professional demeanour and adherence to dress code.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth product knowledge—construction, materials, care and design—to advise clients authoritatively.
- Create and manage a personal client database to drive repeat visits, client loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to store management with recommended solutions.
- Support stock replenishment, accurate stock control and participate in stock takes according to company procedures.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising (VM) standards and maintain boutique tidiness at all times.
- Participate in store meetings, training events and brand promotional activities; represent the boutique at events as required.
- Support back-of-house administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Work proactively to achieve individual and store KPIs and contribute creative ideas to improve boutique performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a sales consultant within a luxury brand.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable sales skills with ability to meet targets and drive KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market, customer service standards and fashion trends.
- Ability to prioritise multiple demands, remain professional under pressure and anticipate client needs.
Skills
Experience
Previous success as a sales consultant within a luxury fashion or accessories brand, with a proven sales record, clienteling experience and familiarity with boutique KPIs.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury-brand training preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany.
