Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service through thorough product knowledge of Jimmy Choo footwear and accessories.
- Build, develop and maintain a personal client database (clienteling) to drive repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Proactively meet and exceed sales targets; demonstrate the luxury lifestyle and brand values in all client interactions.
- Manage stock tasks including replenishment and participation in stock takes to ensure visual and inventory standards.
- Represent and present the brand during in-store promotional events and other customer-facing activities.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to protect the brand experience.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve store performance and customer engagement.

- Ability to represent and communicate the luxury image and values of Jimmy Choo consistently.

Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally within luxury fashion or premium brands. Demonstrable clienteling or high-end sales experience will be advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail training or a certificate in sales/retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
