Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience before, during and after the sale to drive conversion and loyalty

  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and apply correct footwear and accessories terminology when advising clients
  • Represent the brand in the local community and act as a proactive brand ambassador
  • Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are upheld at all times
  • Perform key‑holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling and other financial controls

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail or boutique sales experience with an established clientele
  • Proven sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills; able to build long‑term client relationships
  • Reliable, self‑motivated and able to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Technologically comfortable with point‑of‑sale systems and basic digital clienteling tools
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods

Experience
