Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations by transporting merchandise between stockroom, salesfloor and fitting rooms to ensure continuous product availability.
- Receive, unpack and verify incoming deliveries; label, tag and organize stock according to store procedures.
- Assist visual merchandising and sales teams with display changes, product presentation and stock replenishment to maintain brand standards.
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers and sales colleagues during peak periods and events.
- Maintain back-of-house cleanliness and organisation, adhere to loss-prevention procedures and assist with basic inventory counts.
- Support store events and client appointments as required, including ad-hoc errands and logistical tasks.
Qualifications
- Physically able to stand, lift and carry stock for sustained periods; comfortable with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in France and availability to start within a reasonable notice period.
- Basic numeracy and the ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, luxury boutiques, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate reliability and a track record of punctuality and teamwork.
